At the Christmas Steps Arts Quarter Traders and Residents AGM last night SHOP's Jayne was voted in unanimously as the Co-Chair for the Association!Previous Chair Daniel Penfold who has done so much towards the recent improvements in the associations activities has taken a side step to share the seat with Jayne.
Having already been responsible for resurrecting the area Newsletter and setting up the Artisan Market (amongst many other things), Jayne is the perfect person to help take the Association forward into 2010. SHOP is extremely proud of her.
That wasn't the only good news to come out of the evening of elections. Three female members in total were elected in to positions and three male members, which makes C.S.A.Q officially a gender-led association!
